Jonathan Rudney
Executive Chairman, Director
- Founded Century Offshore Management Corporation and Century Exploration International, Inc.
- Served in numerous executive roles.
- Discovered 50M+ barrels of oil and 500 Bcf of gas, with cumulative net revenues exceeding $1B.
Stephen Brunner
CEO, Director
- Served as President of Constellation Energy Partners.
- Managed and divested two NYSE O&G firms: one sold for $3.5B and the second merged with a
larger public firm.
- Background in petroleum engineering, with broad leadership in exploration, operations and M&A.
Marc Thomas
President and COO, Director
- Served as CEO for GE Aviation Materials, where his turnaround strategy grew operating profits
nearly 5x.
- While at McKinsey & Company, developed business strategy for a $1B international LNG firm.
- U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and former President of the White House Fellows Foundation &
Association.
Steve Brown
Chief Financial Officer
- Former Sr. Partner at Ernst & Young with oversight of $500M annual revenue and 1,700
employees.
- Extensive transaction advisory experience including numerous IPOs, mergers and secondary
offerings.
Graham Heard
Chief Operating Officer
- Served in executive roles for Sovereign Oil & Gas and other firms.
- Served as Exploration and Technical Director for Northern Petroleum.
- Extensive North Sea exploration experience and was the Chairman of the Petroleum Exploration
Society of Great Britain.
