Four Distinct Monetization Pathways

NexGen’s commercial contracts convert statutory decarbonization incentives into long-term infrastructure cash flow.

1. AI Hyperscalers & Data Centers

Hyperscale cloud operators require carbon abatement. NexGen bundles point-source capture with on-site dedicated power under multi-year investment-grade take-or-pay agreements.

2. Premium Low-CI LNG Exports

Capturing CO₂ at East Gulf Coast liquefaction terminals slashes the lifecycle Carbon Intensity (CI) score of LNG cargoes, commanding certified pricing premiums in European and Asian markets.

3. LCFS Credit Pathways

Incorporating verified geologic sequestration into low-carbon fuel pathways generates Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits, augmenting statutory 45Q values.

4. Federal 45Q & Voluntary Carbon Offsets

Direct $85/mt statutory tax credits under Section 45Q of the Internal Revenue Code provide 12 years of direct credit transfers coupled with high-value voluntary or compliance carbon credits (VCC or CCC).

End-to-End Infrastructure

The NexGen CCUS Value Chain

From flue gas separation to sub-surface mineralization: an uninterrupted, fully insured custody transfer chain.

Stage 01 • Flue Gas Separation

Point-Source Separation

Cryogenic and amine-based chemical absorption recovers 95% of CO₂ from industrial flue gas at petrochemical, refining, and LNG liquefaction facilities.
