Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
3. Virtual Data Room (VDR) Confidentiality
All materials accessed via the Virtual Data Room, including the official Investor Deck, Competent Persons Reports, Pre-FEED studies, and seismic evaluations, are strictly confidential. By requesting and receiving access, you covenant not to disseminate or share these materials with any unverified third party without prior written authorization from executive management.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
